Yukari Miwa; International Yoga Champion to teach & demo @ BITL

Bikram in the Lanes is very happy to host the lovely, inspiring Yukari for class, demo and Q&A.
Saturday April 28th we invite you to join us for Bikram's Beginning Yoga Class taught in Japanese by the International Yoga Champion, Yukari Miwa. Corrections will be given in English.
Class begins at 11am and will be followed by Yukari's inspiring winning 3 minute demonstration and a presentation of all 26 postures in Bikram's sequence as well as some additional advanced postures.
Cost is £20 for the class and demo.
You will also have an opportunity to ask Yukari any questions about her training, yoga path and how her journey led to her becoming the Bishnu Ghosh International Yoga Champion 2011.
